HEARTI Leader Quotient is built by PrismWork. We created this assessment to help leaders understand how they lead — not to monetize your data. This policy explains plainly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Name and email address — submitted when you take the HEARTI assessment, download a report, or fill out a form on this site.
• Assessment responses — your answers to HEARTI Snapshot or HLQ assessment questions. Stored to generate and share your results. Never shared individually.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and general engagement, collected via Google Analytics. Anonymized and aggregated. Only collected after you accept analytics cookies.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe for paid products. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for — assessment results, report downloads, purchase confirmations.
• To send follow-up email sequences related to the resource you requested. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To improve our content and user experience using aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To fulfill purchases and process payments via Stripe.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use this site. GA4 uses cookies — small files stored in your browser — to track page views and engagement patterns.

These cookies are only set after you accept analytics via the cookie banner on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time using the cookie preferences button at the bottom of the page.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics (GA4) — usage analytics. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Resend — email delivery. Your email is used to send the content you requested. Resend privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing for HEARTI Foundations and other paid products. Stripe privacy policy.
• Supabase — secure cloud database where assessment results and contact records are stored. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data retention

• Email contacts — retained until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Assessment results — retained to power your shareable results link, and used in aggregate (anonymized) form for ongoing leadership research.
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's record-keeping standards.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email we send.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
